Implementation Circles are small, virtual peer groups where K12

leaders work through real, in progress implementation challenges side by side, guided by an experienced coach. ​

How the Circles Work

Five sessions spread across the school year. We meet virtually for 75 minutes in October, November, January, March, and May, with multiple scheduling options so you can find a time that works for you.

Circles are small by design. No more than ten K12 leaders per circle, so real relationships form and everyone gets a chance to share.

​

Though we will always show up with resources and discussion ideas, priority is given to topics you surface. Discussion is crowdsourced by Circle members ahead of time and facilitated by an experienced coach. Beyond that, there is no set agenda and no follow up homework.
