Generative AI Upskilling Workshops

AI Leadership Coaching

Our AI leadership coaching cohort provides tailored support for leaders committed to operating as a community of practice over an eight-week period. This experience is designed to achieve the following outcomes:

AI Adoption and Implementation Planning

Our facilitated, strategic implementation planning guides leadership teams or task forces through a six-month-plus exploration of generative AI readiness and adoption. This comprehensive process is customized to the strengths and needs of the community and may include AI literacy building, readiness assessment, process redesign, use case prioritization, and pilot program design and execution. We work alongside your team to identify key opportunities and transform plans into practical results.
